You won't see it right away, because on top of the roll was a bunch of chukka. As a result, Origami delivered me rolls stained with real fish caviar! Apparently, they were preparing non-vegan rolls with caviar on the table nearby.
I ordered two types of rolls marked as vegetarian on the menu, but they are completely vegan in composition.
